Andrew Papageorgiou​

Head of Bank Capital & Corporate Credit, Managing Partner

Over the last 25 years Andrew has gained considerable direct investment experience in dealing in domestic and international equity markets, derivatives, direct infrastructure (equity, debt & structuring), real estate (equity & debt) and private equity (equity, debt and structuring) as well as the domestic hybrid and convertible bond market. Andrew’s direct experience in the family office sector also saw him act in a direct advisory capacity to some of Australia’s wealthiest families. Andrew heads the Corporate Credit and Bank Capital function within Realm, and is responsible for the firm’s Relative Value process.

Robert Camilleri

Head of Structured Credit, Partner

Robert is the Chairman, Co-founder and Head of Structured Credit for Realm Investment House. With more than 28 years of market experience, he is well known and regarded in domestic financial markets.

Robert has held senior funds management positions in banks and insurance companies. He has chaired and sat on a number of peak industry committees, including the Australian Securitisation Forum for 14 years, global task forces, advised government and represented Australia internationally in front of regulators.

He is a Fellow of the ASF and Finsia.

Ken Liow

Head of Strategy & Risk, Partner

Ken joined Realm in 2013 and has over 30 years of investment industry experience.  Ken was previously a Managing Director at BlackRock where he served variously at Chief Investment Officer of Domestic Equities, Head of Investment Strategy of Scientific Active Equity, Chair of Risk Management Committee and member of the Executive Committee.  He led the team which built the Australian quantitative equity business from inception.  Prior to BlackRock, Ken was Head of Investment Research at Mercer.  He has advised several investment institutions. 

At Realm Investment House, Ken is Head of Strategy & Risk where he is responsible for the assessment of the macro environment, determining its implications, and ensuring that portfolio risk levels and composition are appropriate.

Broc McCauley

Head of Distribution, Partner

Broc is responsible for all client relationships and delivery of the distribution & marketing strategy for the Realm and Dominion brands. Having previously worked in distribution at Pengana Capital, he was responsible for Pengana’s distribution in the Southern Region of Australia. He is a well-rounded individual with a strong track record of building strong client relationships.

In addition to his distribution experience, he was previously also a financial adviser. Broc has several industry qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, Accredited Derivative Adviser Level 1 and is also a Certified Financial Planner. He also previously took a career break to play AFL at the highest level with Hawthorn and the Brisbane Lions.

Matthew Sleight

Portfolio Manager

Matthew joined Realm in July 2022 as a Portfolio Manager in the Structured Credit team.

He is responsible for building coverage of global asset classes and developing new products under the Realm umbrella. He is also involved in the continual review and enhancement of Realm’s quantitative tools to assist our investment processes.

Before joining Realm, Matthew has worked in international fixed income markets for 26 years, most recently for 9 years as a portfolio manager in AMP Capital’s Fixed Income team, investing in international public infrastructure bonds and domestic securitisations. Prior to AMP, Matthew was based in London working as a portfolio manager for MBIA Asset Management for 8 years, managing global securitised product.

Matthew graduated with a PhD in Physics from the University of Bristol.

Myron Ithayaraj

Portfolio Manager

Myron graduated with honours in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace and went on to complete his Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Melbourne. He brings with him over 7 years of professional engineering experience, which has seen him work on robotic processes, automation and deep stochastic mathematical modelling. Myron has been with Realm since January 2017 and is responsible for production of Realm’s quantitative modelling. He is also tasked with the presentation of output for the risk committee while also acting as an associate to the corporate and bank capital function. Myron is also a member of the AASB User Advisory Committee.

Theodore Calligeris

Portfolio Manager

Theodore is a Portfolio Manager in Realm’s structured credit function, and is responsible for originations, analysis, modelling and monitoring of mortgage backed and asset backed securities in both private warehousing and public markets.

Theodore has consulted to government bodies and regulators, and lectures for the Australian Securitisation Forum. Theo graduated from the University of Wollongong with a double degree in Mining Engineering and Commerce (Finance).

Adrian Chow

Portfolio Manager

Adrian joined Realm in January 2021 in Realm’s Corporate Credit and Bank Capital function. He is responsible for the bottom-up credit research and the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks into Realm portfolios.

Adrian has over 15 years of experience in credit and fixed income markets across Australia, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Realm, Adrian was a credit analyst at First Sentier Investors in London and Sydney and has also held credit research positions at S&P Global Ratings and ANZ Bank.

Adrian holds a Master of Economics from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Economics from the University of Melbourne.

Simon Tung

Portfolio Manager

Simon joined Realm in January 2025 as a Portfolio Manager in the Strategy and Risk team and has over 25 years of investment industry experience.


Simon has spent the last 6 years in boutique investment management space as Head of Portfolio Management at Omega Global Investors and then as Senior Portfolio Manager for global credit strategies at Plato Investment Management.  Prior to this Simon was Senior Portfolio Manager in the Debt Investments Team at IFM Investors for over 10 years where he co-managed the IFM High Yield Debt Fund and led the team which set up IFM’s Australian enhanced indexed fixed income capability.  Simon’s roles prior to IFM included Manager, Treasury Quantitative Services at Treasury Corporation of Victoria (TCV), and investment roles at both Axa Investment Management and Westpac Institutional Bank.


Simon has a Masters of Financial Management and double degree in Civil Engineering and Commerce, all through the University of Melbourne and is a CFA Charter holder.

Anthony Cormack

Anthony joined Realm in November 2021 as an Investment Analyst in Realm’s structured credit team. He is responsible for the bottom-up credit research, modelling and monitoring of mortgage backed and asset backed securities in both private and public markets. Prior to joining, Anthony was an investment analyst at Uniting Financial Services covering multi-asset investments and has also held positions at Bloomberg and BT.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) from the University of Adelaide.

Thomas Kapellos

Portfolio Manager

Thomas joined Realm in March 2024 as an Investment Analyst in Realm’s global structured credit function. He is responsible for originations, analysis, modelling, and monitoring of collateralised loan obligations in both private warehousing and public markets.

Prior to joining Realm, Thomas worked in alternative investment markets for over a decade, most recently leading the alternative investment function in CBA’s Private Bank. Before CBA, Thomas worked in Perpetual’s multi-manager investment team, primarily responsible for private credit and structured credit portfolios.

Thomas holds a Masters in Financial Analysis from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from the University of Western Sydney. Thomas is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®).

Andrew Jones

Associate Portfolio Manager

Andrew joined Realm in March 2022 as a Senior Credit Analyst within Realm’s Corporate Credit and Bank Capital function.  He is responsible for bottom-up credit research across a wide variety of issuers.

Prior to joining Realm, Andrew worked for National Australia Bank for close to 12 years across three roles, his last as a credit analyst with Markets’ Credit Research unit which interfaced broadly with the Australian fixed income investor community.  Before this, Andrew also worked as a senior analyst within the bank’s Finance and Strategy division which considered capital allocation and returns within the institutional business’s traded and banking books.

Anthony Choi

Associate Portfolio Manager

Anthony joined Realm in January 2022 as an Investment Analyst in Realm’s Corporate Credit and Bank Capital team. He is responsible for providing research on Banks, Insurance, Consumer, and TMT, along with integration execution of relative value (RV) ideas for Realm portfolios.

Anthony was previously an equities research analyst at Jarden focusing on Australian Diversified Financials, Banks and Economics. Prior to this, Anthony was a buy-side Credit Analyst covering Global Banks, Diversified Financials, Structured Credit, and Consumer at AMP Capital where he was responsible for formulating trade ideas across the credit capital stack.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales (Accounting, Financial Economics). During his time at university, Anthony was a full-time analyst at Deloitte where he advised on private client M&A’s and IPO’s.

Ivan Bagang

Investment Analyst

Ivan joined Realm in February 2024 as an Investment Analyst in Realm’s structured credit team. He is responsible for the bottom-up credit research, modelling and monitoring of mortgage backed and asset backed securities in both private and public markets. Prior to joining Realm, Ivan was a Quantitative Analyst for the Treasury Team at Shift, an Australian SME lender.

Ivan holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance degree from University Technology Sydney.

Angus Tighe

Investment Analyst

Angus is an Investment Analyst in Realm’s Corporate Credit and Bank Capital team. He is responsible for bottom-up credit research across a variety of domestic issuers.

Angus joined Realm in December 2021. He graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Finance.

Lawson Wooles

Graduate Investment Analyst

Lawson joined Realm as a Graduate Investment Analyst in February 2025. Lawson holds a Masters in Financial Mathematics (Thesis: Pattern Recognition using Semi-supervised Learning) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Western Australia. Prior to joining Realm, Lawson worked as a Graduate Engineer at Bhagwan Marine in the Subsea Department.

Lawson assists the Structured Credit and Corporate and Bank Capital teams in the development and execution of investment strategies. Lawson additionally assists the Strategy and Risk team in analysing portfolio risks and developing risk management strategies.

Khoi Nguyen

Analyst – Strategy & Risk

Khoi joined Realm in July 2019 as a Data Analyst and is currently responsible for managing Realm’s data systems and models. He has 7 years of experience working in various data management and analyst roles across investments and market research. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies) degree from the University of Melbourne in 2015.

Sylvester Lay

Analyst

Sylvester joined Realm in July 2021 as a Junior Data Analyst, providing support to Realm’s structured and corporate credit functions. He is currently also responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of Realm’s various portfolio databases and data systems.

Sylvester graduated from Deakin University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics. Prior to joining Realm, he has had 4 years of experience within the Financial Planning and Wealth Management sector.

Nicolas Axarlis

Data Analyst

Nicolas joined Realm in April 2025 as a Data Analyst. His role supports investment decisions and operations through data collection, analysis, and reporting. He maintains and improves internal scripts, develops dashboards with the investment team, and drives automation to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Before joining Realm, he gathered data-related experience in the agriculture, medical and tech industries. Nicolas graduated from Swinburne University of Technology with a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology, majoring in Software Engineering and a minor in Systems Management.

Cindy Doan

Data Analyst

Cindy joined Realm in June 2023 as a Junior Data Analyst. She is responsible for overseeing and upholding the reliability of Realm’s diverse portfolio of databases and data systems, ensuring their effective management.

Prior to joining Realm, she was a Business Analyst for a large Australian retailer and holds 4 years of experience in various roles within their eCommerce team.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from RMIT University.

Matthew Blair

Senior Distribution Manager - NSW/QLD

Matt is responsible for client relationships and the distribution function across NSW, QLD and WA for the Realm and Dominion Brands. Matt previously worked at Bloomberg where he worked in London and Sydney and most recently was responsible for the delivery of their sales strategy across domestic superannuation funds and asset managers. He is highly regarded for his ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

Matt holds a Master of Finance from Bond University.

John Hawkins

Distribution Manager - VIC/WA

John is responsible for client relationships and the distribution function across VIC and SA for the Realm and Dominion brands. John previously worked at MA Financial Group (formerly Moelis), overseeing distribution for their retail and wholesale alternative strategies in Victoria. Prior to MA, John held various roles at Macquarie Group, including positions in distribution and product management. He is highly regarded for his ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

John graduated from the University of Plymouth with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with Economics.

Finbarr Warren

Distribution Manager - NSW/SA/TAS

Finbarr is responsible for supporting client relationships and the distribution function across NSW, TAS and SA for the Realm and Dominion brands. Finbarr previously worked at Westpac Private Bank – Sydney, delivering a proactive strategy to grow wealth for HNW and UHNW individuals in Australia. He is well regarded as a person that takes a client-oriented approach.

Finbarr graduated from The University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Business Law.

Rhys is currently responsible for marketing across the Realm and Dominion brands. Rhys has recently completed his studies at Deakin University, studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Marketing.

Giann Sebire

Client Services

Giann joined Realm in October 2024 as a member of the Client Services team and is working towards building a career in distribution in the funds management industry.

Prior to joining Realm, Giann worked in customer service in the hospitality industry and plans to study commerce in 2025.

In addition to her passion for financial services, Giann is an avid runner, having won a number of half marathons across Victoria.

 

Anthony Allen

Operations Manager

Anthony has over 13 years of experience in banking and finance operations, across both back and middle office functions. Anthony spent several years overseas gaining experience at Santander and a large London based hedge-fund before joining Realm in 2017.

Anthony is responsible for all aspects of Realm’s operations; including day-to-day operational matters of the firm and managing the fund’s third-party relationships. He also plays an integral role in new product development and project management. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.

Peter Katsipodas

Financial Controller

Peter joined Realm in March 2025 as the Financial Controller. Peter is responsible for the financial governance, planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and internal controls of Realm Pty Ltd.

Peter has over 20 years’ experience as a CFO/Financial Controller covering a range of industries. Peter has previously held Senior Financial Positions with Clive Peeters, Levi’s, Forty winks, Teds Cameras, Oborne Health Supplies/CH2.

Peter is a Qualified CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University.

Lee Chassogias

Investment Operations Analyst

Lee joined Realm in March 2024, as part of the Operations team, where he is responsible for day-to-day operations. 

He recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University, with a major in Finance.

Douglas McIntyre

Investment Operations Analyst

Douglas joined Realm in May 2024 as part of the Operations team.

Prior to joining Realm, Douglas worked as a Treasury Analyst with Latitude Financial, responsible for cashflow management, day to day operations of trusts and ALCO reporting. Before this he held various roles with La Trobe Financial, MLC and NAB.

Douglas holds a Bachelor of Commerce From Swinburne University majoring in Finance.

Van Dang

Investment Operations Analyst

Van joined the Operations team at Realm in July 2024.

Prior to joining Realm, Van worked as an Associate with NAB Private Wealth Operations and JBWere Client Services.

Van has experience in asset management across different asset classes.

Van holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ton Duc Thang University in Vietnam, where she majored in Business – Chinese.

Chris joined Realm in October 2024 as a member of the Operations team.

Before joining Realm, he worked at a financial services firm, where he supported a team of Financial Advisors in their daily operations.

He has recently completed a Bachelor of Banking and Finance at Monash University

Gavin Mohan

Investment Operations Analyst

Gavin joined Realm in October of 2024 as a Junior Data Analyst. He is currently responsible for the maintenance and innovation of Realm’s data systems to further support data acquisition.

Gavin graduated with a double degree in Commerce and Business Analytics where he majored in Economics and developed his coding techniques. Prior to joining Realm, Gavin gained experience for a year as a Business Consultant in Financial Advisory.
